Bwin's 100k Blackjack Grand Prix

Coinciding with each of the Formula One races in 2010, the Bwin Blackjack Grand Prix is set to be one of the biggest casino competitions of the year, with each race offering a €3000-guaranteed tournament.

What makes this competition different to traditional blackjack is that players are not only trying to beat the dealer, but will also be looking to get one up on their fellow competitors.

Much like the format for the drivers' title in Formula One, players battle it out for positions on the leaderboard, receiving points for playing blackjack games. The overall leaderboard as well as the leaderboards for each single tournament can be followed on the site.

The single tournaments also work on a points-based system, with the top-10 finishers receive 25 points, 11th to 20th place receiving 18 points and further points awarded for 21st down to 100th place.

At the end of the Formula One season there will be cash prizes for the top 10 players on the main leaderboard, with a total prize pool of €50,000. Third place will receive €7,500, second will be awarded €10,000, but the winner will be given a tasty €15,000 as well as a luxury holiday weekend in Monte Carlo worth €5,000!
